Specifications

  • Made with 40 mm thick panels of coated galvanised double-sheet steel filled with expanded polyurethane.
  • Steel reinforcing strips at top and bottom of panels for improved fixing of hinges and fittings.
  • Flexible watertight seals on all hinges and ends to ensure perfect closure and excellent insulation.
  • Steel sections on sides for attachment of adjustable hinges.
  • Operation by means of torsion springs, drums and cables.
  • Steel runners guide the nylon wheels, ensuring doors open and close quietly.
  • Runner shape determined by lintel type.
  • Handle for easy manual opening and closing of the door.
  • Includes spring and cable break safety mechanisms.
  • Designed and manufactured in accordance with European Standard EN-13241-1.

Materials

The fittings are made of galvanised or stainless steel.

Our sectional doors are made with panels as follows:

  • 40 mm or 80 mm thick.
  • Made of RAL 9002 colour-coated galvanised steel.
  • Also available made-to-order in any other RAL colour.

Options

  • Subframe for sectional door: required for doors installed in refrigerated panels, to allow installation of runners and torsion springs. In galvanised or stainless steel.
  • Windows: to allow users to see through the doors and for light to pass through.
  • Motorisation: in accordance with safety regulations, to open, press the button once; to close, press and hold.
  • Protective cover for torsion springs: in stainless steel.

Measurements

All of our sectional doors are made to measure based on the dimensions of the entrance and the lintel (see table of lintel types).
